My client Clara, a compassionate, healing soul, was deeply affected when a loved one faced a serious life crisis.
Alongside her empathy, she felt a strong urge to use her gifts to assist.
However, this desire began manifesting as deep pain in the middle of her chest and a decrease in energy levels throughout the day.
During our healing session, it became evident that Clara's heart chakra was constricted under the weight of her intense need to "fix" the situation. Energy was also leaking from both the front and back due to her overwhelming sympathy.
Like many of us, Clara momentarily forgot that we all have access to a team of support in the form of our angels, spirit guides, and higher selves.
The responsibility for her loved one's well-being was never meant to rest solely on her shoulders.
By the end of our session, the persistent pain in Clara's chest had disappeared. The burden lifted, and she felt lighter as the desperate need to fix things faded.
She also came to realize that her loved one's journey, despite its challenges, was part of their personal growth.
The free flow of life force through her heart chakra had been restored.
